需求描述：

项目说明：

1. Breathing Air Quality at the inlet of breathing air stations

Pressure- 7.5 kg/cm2,g, 

Temperature- ambient (22 deg C to 34 deg C),

Dewpoint- saturated at  above pressure and temp.

2.Breathing Air Quality at the outlet of breathing air stations

Quality of breathing air shall be Grade D breathing air as described in the ANSI/Compressed Gas Association Commodity Specification for Air, G-7.1-1989 and adopted by OSHA. 

Close Oxygen Content:    19.5-23.5%

Hydrocarbon (condensed) content:  5 milligrams per cubic meter of air or    less

Carbon monoxide (CO) content: 10 ppm or    less

Carbon dioxide content  : 1,000 ppm or    less; and

Noticeable odor : Nil 

Dew point : 5.56 Deg C below the ambient temperature  at 1 atm pressure.

3.Breathing Air station 

Air system will be located at unit area at suitable interval in the plot plan, limited by hose length. The facilities with station are as follows:

-       Pressure Regulator Valve

-       Pressure gauge

-       Air filter (no of stages to meet Grade D breathing air requirement)

-       Any other item to meet Grade D air requirement

-       Sorbent bed, if required

-       CO monitor

-       Air respirator mask 

-       Flexible Hose with detachable coupling incompatible with outlets for non-respirable plant air or    other gas (Hose length 50-100 mtr. length typ.)

-       No humidifier is envisaged, as the source is normal compressed air.
